This notice explains how Stereoscope handles information sent through this website. It covers project enquiries and the essential technical processing involved in running the site.
What you share
The enquiry form collects your name, email address, company, whether you are enquiring as an agency or brand, and your project brief. You can also provide a budget range and timing. Please do not include sensitive personal information or confidential files in the form.
Why we use it
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, discuss your project and prepare a proposal if appropriate. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. The basis for handling an enquiry is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
Where it goes
The website and form are hosted by Netlify. Netlify processes submissions on our behalf and applies spam filtering. Its infrastructure may process data outside the United Kingdom. See Netlify’s privacy policy for information about its services.
Cookies and technical data
We have not added analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies. Fonts, images and films are served directly with the site. Hosting providers may process technical request information, including IP addresses, to deliver and secure the service.
Keeping your information
We keep enquiry information while handling your request and any related project discussion. Retention periods and the full legal identity and contact address of the studio’s data controller are being finalised before the business launch.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete information you have submitted, or object to relevant processing. Use the contact form and identify your message as a privacy request. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Launch information
This site is a studio preview. The studio’s legal business name, registered or correspondence address, direct privacy contact and confirmed retention schedule must be added before the business launch.
